Key areas to work
Sketch a schematic outline for a city of 10,000 new inhabitants.
Show the basic types of buildings like housing, community, schools, health, production units.
The town shall become a permanent, green, and healthy living habitat.
Show a city/place/street system that is easy to install and which can grow along with more people coming. Since nobody can estimate the final size of the city, make the size breathable. The city must have ability to grow and shrink as the demand changes without falling into slum structures. Think of modules that can be as a base module which can be multiplied in demand if the population rises from 10,000 to 1,50,000 people.
For instance, first and short time housing does not mean using tents or other unstable structures but interim housing systems which are easy to install or disassemble and reused several times.
Please think of a welcome system that avoids chaos when new arrivals come to the city that provides them with the basic needs.
